Terms of sale and use

These terms cover the reports sold on this site and the free material we publish. The seller of record for every purchase is Lemon Squeezy; the publisher is Rochol Holdings LLC, a Florida limited liability company trading as NaviRx.

What you are buying

A downloadable PDF. Nothing on this site is a subscription, a service, a consulting engagement, or a physical product. There is no recurring charge and nothing to cancel. The page count, system count and scope of each report are stated on its product card before you buy, and a six-page preview of every report is free to read first.

Delivery

Your download link appears immediately after payment and is also emailed to you with a receipt. That link stays valid so you can download again later. If a download fails, contact us and we will fix it.

Refunds

Because you receive the complete file immediately, and because a free preview of every report is available before purchase, sales are final once the file has been downloaded.

That said, we would rather you were happy than right. If a report is not what the page said it was, or you bought the wrong one, tell us within 30 days and we will refund it. Lemon Squeezy also reserves its own right to refund a transaction within 60 days at its discretion.

License

A purchase is for use inside one pharmacy or one organization. You may print it, circulate it internally, and quote short passages with attribution. You may not resell it, republish it, or post it publicly. Multi-seat and institutional licenses are available — ask us.

What these reports are, and what they are not

• They are capability assessments compiled from public sources, not ratings, endorsements or recommendations of any product.
• A capability marked ? means the public record did not establish it. It is a question to take to the vendor, not a criticism.
• Ownership, pricing and product status move constantly. Everything is current as at the stated edition date. Verify with the vendor before you sign anything.
• Nothing here is legal, financial or procurement advice, and we are not a party to any contract you enter with a vendor.

Our independence

No software vendor pays for placement, for coverage, or to change or remove an assessment. We accept no vendor advertising, no sponsorship and no vendor consulting work. If that ever changes, it will be disclosed on the page it affects.

Corrections

We publish factual errors as corrections and fix them promptly. If we have something wrong about your product, tell us and show us the source.

Liability

These reports are provided as they are. To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability for any claim arising from them is limited to what you paid for the report in question.

Governing law

Florida law governs these terms.
