Privacy policy

RxSoftwareReport is published by Rochol Holdings LLC, a Florida limited liability company trading as NaviRx. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we will never do with it.
What we collect
- When you contact us or request a correction: your name, email, optionally your pharmacy and phone number, and whatever you write to us.
- When you complete our ratings survey: your answers, and an email address if you choose to give one. The survey is hosted by Tally.
- When you buy something: your purchase is processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as merchant of record and as the seller of record for the transaction. They collect your payment and billing details. We never see or store your card number. We receive your name, email and country for order fulfillment and accounting.
- When you browse: our host, Netlify, keeps standard server logs. We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics profiling.
What we do with it
We use your details to answer you, to deliver what you bought, to keep our accounting records, and — if you opted in — to tell you when a guide publishes. That is the whole list.
What we never do
- We never sell, rent or trade your information.
- We never disclose survey responses in a way that identifies you or your pharmacy. Ratings are published only in aggregate, above a minimum response threshold.
- We never share respondent identities with a software vendor. Not for any reason, and not for any amount of money.
Who processes data for us
Lemon Squeezy (payments and order fulfillment), Netlify (hosting and form capture), Tally (survey), and Microsoft 365 (email). Each holds data only to provide that service.
How long we keep it
Correspondence and survey responses are retained while they remain useful to the research. Transaction records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. You can ask us to delete anything else at any time.
Your choices
Write to us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Depending on where you live you may have a formal right to those things; we will honor the request either way and will not ask why.
Children
This is a business-to-business publication. It is not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date above and note what changed.
